About Us

Demetra C. Jones has a unique perspective of corporate and lifestyle needs and expectations. She has spent more than 30 years in Human Resources and Leadership & Development Training, and as many years in various capacities with non-profits and organizations such as Theater Under the Stars (TUTS), Jack and Jill of America, Inc, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc, The Links, Incorporated, and many others. 

Throughout her experience, Jones recognized a gap in the event and concierge management sector as it pertained to diversity and luxury in the Houston scene. She saw an opportunity to fill the need of delivering lifestyle services and creative, lux events that were culturally relevant and inclusive. 

In 2022 Jones formed Top Level Concierge and Lifestyle Services. At TLC and Lifestyle Services, she leads the effort to deliver impactful results for our clients that build their brand, business, and reputation. Our firm excels in developing diverse, client-specific ideas, executed at the Top Level.
